Heli skiing is the practise of skiing or snowboarding in remote mountainous areas that are inaccessible by normal ski lifts or vehicles. Instead, skiers and snowboarders are flown to a mountain's summit, where they can enjoy virgin, deep powder snow and difficult terrain.
